The premise
Ronald Perkins builds an army of 14 people brainwashed through cult-like methods to protect him from his parents' killers. When Perkins is imprisoned, the police unwittingly unleash his followers on a small town and they've only got one thing on their mind: "Kill for Mr. Perkins."

A small American town becomes a killing ground when a local sheriff's investigation into a disturbed prisoner inadvertently sets loose a pack of deadly, conditioned followers. Decades of meticulous psychological manipulation have forged these fourteen individuals into something far beyond ordinary criminals. What begins as a procedural mystery spirals into a brutal siege as authorities scramble to contain the carnage they never saw coming.
