The premise
After foiling a plan to blow up an American arms plant, Danny and Beth quickly find that one of Toulon's puppets has been kidnapped by the Nazis, and his life-giving serum has been synthesized to create a master race of unstoppable soldiers.

Set against the backdrop of World War II, Puppet Master X: Axis Rising plunges Danny and Beth back into the fight when the Nazis manage to get their hands on one of Toulon's beloved puppets — and the mysterious life-giving serum behind his creations. With enemy forces racing to engineer an unstoppable army using stolen occult secrets, the remaining puppets may be the Allies' last unlikely hope. This tenth entry in the long-running franchise doubles down on wartime horror and creature action, pitting Nazi villainy against the series' iconic animated killers.
