The premise

When a writer returns to the seemingly idyllic New England town of Jerusalem's Lot, he finds something ancient and malevolent has quietly begun to take root. Based on Stephen King's classic novel, this miniseries builds a creeping dread as townsfolk begin to change in deeply disturbing ways. A stellar ensemble cast — including Rob Lowe, Rutger Hauer, and Donald Sutherland — anchors the story as the mystery of what lurks in the local Marsten House slowly unravels. Fans of slow-burn horror will find plenty to sink their teeth into.
