The premise
Laura, 25, is an actress in a L.A.R.P. (Live Action Role Playing) Game, where the participants play the survivors of an atomic war who live underground in a sealed bunker. After several mysterious accidents, the game is interrupted and the players leave the bunker while the staff remain behind to investigate the disappearance of Greg, the mastermind of the game. They soon find themselves trapped inside and in peril as they begin to die in mysterious ways and the group realizes that someone or something paranormal is playing a twisted game with them which quickly plunges into a terrifying fight for survival.

When a live-action role-playing event set in a sealed underground bunker is cut short by a string of unexplained accidents, the crew left behind to investigate a disappearance quickly discover they are not alone in the dark. What began as elaborate make-believe collapses into something far more terrifying as the line between the game's fiction and a genuine supernatural threat becomes impossible to untangle. Trapped beneath the earth with no way out, the survivors must confront a malevolent presence that seems to know the rules of their own game better than they do. The bunker's haunted history — rooted in the shadows of Italian fascism — seeps into every corridor, turning the hunt for answers into a desperate fight to stay alive.
