The premise
Psychology student Danielle inadvertently wakes a evil spirit while renting a century old Victorian house. In setting out to prove his existence, Danielle inadvertently frees and becomes a puppet of the spirit of serial killer Edgar Crowe. Danielle's sister Anna now must find a way to stop Crowe without killing her sister.

When psychology student Danielle moves into a centuries-old Victorian house, her academic curiosity leads her to disturb something that should have stayed dormant. A malevolent spirit with a murderous history begins to exert a terrifying hold over her, blurring the line between investigator and vessel. With Danielle's grip on herself slipping away, her sister Anna races against time to find an answer that doesn't cost her everything. This low-budget supernatural thriller leans into atmosphere and family bonds as much as it does the darkness lurking within the old house's walls.
