The premise
Dr. Roger Girard is a rich scientist conducting experiments on head transplantation. His caretaker has a son, Danny, who, although fully grown, has the mind of child. One day an escaped psycho-killer invades Girard's home, killing Danny's father before being gunned down himself. With the maniac dying and Danny deeply unsettled by his father's death, Dr. Girard decides to take the final step and transplant the killer's head onto Danny's body.

When a wealthy scientist obsessed with head-transplantation experiments finds himself with a dying psychopathic killer on his hands, he makes a fateful and reckless decision that unleashes something truly monstrous. The result is a lumbering, two-headed nightmare that no one — least of all its creator — can control. This low-budget 1971 drive-in oddity leans hard into its lurid premise, delivering the kind of gloriously outrageous creature feature that defined the era. Expect more ambition than polish, but plenty of pulpy, unforgettable imagery along the way.
