The premise
Inside a hospice for terminally ill teens, members of an exclusive club make a chilling pact: The first to die must send a sign from beyond the grave.

At a hospice for terminally ill young people, a tight-knit group of residents forms a clandestine club with one bone-chilling agreement binding them together: whoever dies first must find a way to reach back from the other side. Each night they gather to trade original horror stories, but the real terror may be lurking within the walls of Brightcliffe itself. Mike Flanagan's signature blend of emotional depth and creeping dread transforms a story about dying teenagers into something genuinely haunting.
