The premise
A young woman enlists in an underground game of pain endurance in the hope of winning the million dollar prize. She soon learns the real opponent is the man who's running the game, as he employs horrific methods to manipulate and defeat her.

Driven by the lure of a life-changing cash prize, a young woman enters a shadowy underground endurance game where pain is the currency. What begins as a test of physical limits quickly reveals itself to be something far more sinister, orchestrated by the man pulling the strings. With no easy way out, she must outthink and outlast an opponent who has rigged every aspect of the contest against her. This is a raw, stripped-down battle of wills that keeps the screws tightening from start to finish.
