The premise
Follow a tween vampire girl who leaves the safety of Transylvania to attend a performing arts boarding school. Living amongst humans for the first time, she pursues her passion for music while keeping her vampire identity a secret, something that’s made more challenging when her overprotective father charges an overzealous ghost to live with her at the school.

A young vampire trades the familiarity of Transylvania for the bright lights of a performing arts boarding school, determined to chase her musical dreams among humans who have no idea what she really is. Keeping her fangs and her secret under wraps proves trickier than expected — especially when her well-meaning but smothering father sends an overzealous ghostly chaperone to watch over her. Equal parts coming-of-age comedy and supernatural shenanigans, the series balances heart with humor as its heroine navigates first friendships, first performances, and a very unusual living situation.
