The premise
When a psychiatric doctor researches a young girls' diary to find out why she murdered her entire family, he begins to fall into the same state of insomnia and confusion that led her to lose her mind.

A psychiatrist's clinical investigation into a teenage girl's diary — the only record of why she slaughtered her family — slowly becomes something far more personal and dangerous. As he digs deeper into her fractured state of mind, he begins experiencing the same creeping sleeplessness and disorientation that consumed her. What starts as a professional case study edges toward a terrifying question: is madness something you can catch? The line between observer and subject grows increasingly difficult to find.
