A chance holiday rideshare turns into a nightmare when two college students find themselves stranded on a desolate, snowbound road with no help in sight. As the temperature plummets and hope of rescue fades, the pair begin to sense that something deeply wrong haunts this stretch of highway. Wind Chill wrings maximum dread from its claustrophobic setting, pairing raw survival stakes with a creeping, ghostly menace. Emily Blunt anchors the film with a grounded performance that keeps the terror feeling uncomfortably real.
