The premise
A horror comedy centered on a guy who learns that his unusual stomach problems are being caused by a demon living in his intestines.

Duncan has always been plagued by stress-induced stomach troubles, but a visit to an eccentric therapist reveals his gut issues have a shockingly literal cause: a small, temperamental creature has taken up residence deep in his digestive tract. When the beast escapes to wreak havoc on the people in Duncan's life who stress him out the most, he must find a way to manage the chaos before things spiral completely out of control. Bad Milo! leans hard into its ridiculous premise with gleeful practical-effects creature work and a surprisingly warm emotional core. It's equal parts gross-out horror and oddball buddy comedy.
