The premise
A Vietnam veteran that spends his days photographing pretty girls, and his nights strangling them, sets sights on the patients of a radio psychiatrist.

A hulking, disturbed Vietnam vet prowls the seedy underbelly of Los Angeles, using his photography hobby as cover to target vulnerable women. His fixation soon zeroes in on the listeners of a late-night radio psychiatrist, turning the airwaves into his personal hunting ground. Detectives race to identify the killer before the body count climbs any further. This grim grindhouse entry pulls no punches in its portrait of a city stalked by a very real monster.
