The premise
A reluctant bride-to-be is stalked by a serial killer who only kills brides and the people around them. While her friends get whacked one by one, a hard-boiled renegade cop whose bride had been killed years before tries to hunt the killer down before it is too late.

A bride-to-be with cold feet finds her pre-wedding anxiety taking a terrifying turn when a calculating serial killer with a fixation on brides sets his sights on her and everyone in her orbit. Friends begin to disappear one by one as a detective with a painful personal connection to the killer races to close in before the body count rises. Rooted firmly in early-80s slasher tradition, the film delivers stalking set-pieces and an atmosphere of creeping dread. It's a lean, mean genre entry notable for an early appearance by a future Hollywood icon.
