The premise

Two hitchhikers crossing northern France find uneasy comfort in each other's company as news of a regional serial killer sets nerves on edge. When an invitation to spend the night at a secluded mansion seems like a stroke of luck, the hospitality on offer quickly begins to feel far less reassuring. Set against bleak rural backroads, the film slowly tightens its grip as the line between safety and danger blurs with every passing hour. Director Abner Pastoll crafts a sun-drenched yet deeply paranoid thriller that keeps you guessing about everyone on screen.
