The premise

A psychiatrist finds his world unraveling when members of his therapy group begin receiving threatening letters — and then turn up dead. Suspicion closes in from all sides as the body count rises and no one, not even those closest to the doctor, can be fully trusted. This early-80s slasher leans into psychological unease, using the intimate setting of group therapy to ratchet up paranoia. With Klaus Kinski commanding the screen, the film keeps you guessing about who is truly unhinged.
