High in the remote Rocky Mountains, a brilliant but morally untethered doctor has developed a formula he believes can cheat death itself — and he needs a human subject to prove it. His young assistant becomes both willing participant and recurring victim in a relentless cycle of death and revival that grows increasingly difficult to endure.
