The premise
A masked maniac terrorizes the same small community where a murderer known as the Phantom Killer struck decades earlier.

Decades after a hooded killer called the Phantom Killer left a small Arkansas town scarred with fear, a new wave of murders forces the community to relive its darkest chapter. A young woman finds herself entangled in the hunt for answers as history appears to repeat itself in the most terrifying way.
