The premise
A group of college kids get together for a weekend of booze and war games at an abandoned hospital. The hospital has become the haven for a PTSD stricken war vet coping and acting upon his delusions. Who will survive the game?

A group of college friends turn an abandoned hospital into a playground for a weekend of war games and partying — unaware that the crumbling building is already occupied. A combat veteran haunted by unresolved trauma has claimed the facility as his own, and he has very different rules for the game. As the group's fun outing spirals into a desperate fight to escape, the hunters quickly become the hunted. The sprawling, decaying hospital offers plenty of places to hide, but not everyone will make it out.
