The premise
A teenage girl becomes infatuated with a stranger who is, unbeknownst to her, a serial killer.

A teenage girl with a flair for romantic fantasy fixates on a mysterious older man she spots from her window, turning a harmless crush into something far more dangerous than she could imagine.
