Horror Vault's take

A remote heroin rehabilitation center becomes the setting for a deadly cat-and-mouse nightmare when a mysterious killer begins targeting those within its walls. Patients already locked in a brutal fight against their own addictions now face a far more immediate threat to their lives. The facility's isolation — meant to protect — instead becomes a trap, with nowhere to run and no one coming to help.
