The premise
It's 1981 and the girls of Alpha Gamma Theta sorority are having a party. As the new pledges arrive, so does an uninvited guest. Little do the sisters know someone is watching them in the shadows. As the girls shower, study, eat and sleep the stalker studies the girls. One by one he finds the girls at their most vulnerable and murders them. The police hunt for the missing girls and their killer, but will they find them in time? Or will the girls be forced to fight for their lives..

Set in the golden era of slasher cinema, The Sleeper drops viewers into 1981 where a sorority's pledge-night festivities are crashed by a predator lurking just beyond the light. The killer moves with patient, calculated menace — watching, waiting, and striking when his targets are at their most defenseless. What unfolds is a loving throwback to the golden age of campus slashers, complete with shadowy dorm corridors and an escalating body count. The sorority sisters and the detectives racing to stop the carnage are all that stand between a quiet night and an absolute nightmare.
