What starts as a weekend of paintball and friendly rivalry in the remote wilderness quickly turns into something far more sinister for a group of young thrill-seekers. The Zero Boys soon discover that the woods they've chosen for their war games are already someone else's hunting ground — and the stakes are suddenly very real. Director Nico Mastorakis crafts a lean, scrappy slice of '80s genre filmmaking that pits youthful bravado against genuine, creeping dread. Fans of backwoods survival horror will find plenty to appreciate in this underseen cult entry.
