The premise

Jordan Turner is an experienced 911 operator but when she makes an error in judgment and a call ends badly, Jordan is rattled and unsure if she can continue. But when teenager Casey Welson is abducted in the back of a man's car and calls 911, Jordan is the one called upon to use all of her experience, insights and quick thinking to help Casey escape, and not just to save her, but to make sure the man is brought to justice.

When a seasoned 911 dispatcher is haunted by a call that went tragically wrong, she gets a chance to confront her demons when a kidnapped teenager reaches her from the trunk of an abductor's car. Racing against the clock, Jordan must guide the terrified girl through a nightmare while piecing together the truth about the man who took her. What unfolds is a taut cat-and-mouse thriller that moves from the buzzing tension of a call center to something far darker underground. Halle Berry anchors the film with raw urgency as the stakes escalate well beyond a routine rescue.
